Josh Schroeder D.C.

Dr. Josh Schroeder is originally from Worthington, Minnesota. He attended South Dakota State University and graduated in 2008 with his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies. Dr. Schroeder then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University and Graduated in 2011 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Schroeder was the President of the Sioux Empire Chiropractic Society from 2012-2019.

Tina Short D.C.

Dr. Tina Short is originally from Worthington, MN. She attended Minnesota West Community and Technical College as well as Minnesota State University, Mankato to complete her undergraduate studies. Dr. Tina then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 with her Doctorate in Chiropractic, her Certification in Acupuncture, and a B.S. in Human Biology.

Dr. Tina enjoys treating patients using hands on, manual diversified adjusting techniques, as well as instrument assisted and drop table techniques. She also practices acupuncture along with chiropractic care to treat a variety of conditions. She is passionate about improving the quality of life of her patients.

When Dr. Tina is not in the clinic she can be found with her husband, 3 kids, and their dog. They are often found outside whenever the weather allows it. Weekends are often spent near the water: camping, fishing, boating, and swimming.

Tara Zeinstra D.C.

Dr. Tara Zeinstra grew up in Marshall, Minnesota. She attended The University of South Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and a minor in Anthropology.

She received her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Tara enlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard in 2015 and during her medic training, severely injured her hip. This catapulted her interest into the chiropractic world and created the compassionate provider she is today! She enjoys working with patients of all ages and has a passion for helping pediatric patients. Dr. Tara uses a variety of techniques including manual, drop table and activator adjustments.

In her free time, Dr. Tara enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their zoo of animals, which include their dogs, cats and pet chickens. She is an avid supporter of the Sioux Empire Pit Rescue from which she adopted both her pride and joys, Pepper and Watson. You can often find her watching a Netflix documentary, eating B & G Milkyway ice cream, or building something new in the garage!

Mike Kruger D.C.

Dr. Mike Kruger was born and raised in Watertown, South Dakota. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Augustana University in Sioux Falls in 2021, then went on to Northwestern Health Sciences University where he graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2024.

Dr. Mike is passionate about helping his patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. He incorporates a variety of chiropractic techniques in his care, including manual diversified adjustments, instrument-assisted methods, and drop table Thompson technique.

When he's not in the clinic, Dr. Mike enjoys staying active through regular exercise and spending time outdoors—often alongside his wife.

Will Hittner is originally from Omaha, NE and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He moved to Sioux Falls in 2012. He found a passion for massage therapy and received a Diploma for Massage Therapy from Globe University.

Danielle

Danielle grew up in Dell Rapids, South Dakota on a family farm, which molded her into an animal lover. She took an interest in the massage world toward the end of high school. She graduated from Globe University with her Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy in 2014. She shares a passion for women’s health and specializes in deep tissue and cupping therapy. Danielle enjoys being outside, especially if it involves a campfire, 4-wheeling, and anything that involves time with family and friends.

Originally from Arizona, Christina brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and heart to her massage therapy practice. After over a decade in the automotive industry, she followed her true calling and became a third-generation massage therapist, graduating from the South Dakota School of Massage Therapy.

Hannah grew up in Sioux Falls and attended SDSU. As the Office Manager she is the first face you see when you enter the office and, more likely than not, the person answering the phone and your text messages.

Jennie has been with our clinic since 2021. She manages all of our billing
and insurance for the office, making everything run smoothly.
